Steve Flynt
PresidentSteve Flynt is the President of Provincial Senior Living. As a 30-year veteran in senior living, Steve has an extensive background in operations leadership by supporting senior living communities across the United States, and is a licensed nursing home administrator in Arizona and Colorado. Steve places attention on building teams and creating a learning environment where the best talent can rise to be productive servant leaders. Creating a culture of care and accountability is always one of his goals.
Steve has served on the boards of directors for the Arizona Assisted Living Association, California Assisted Living Association and Leading Age Colorado. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, earning a degree in education and university studies.
Ellie Morin
Executive AssistantEllie Morin assists with operational functions for Provincial and is responsible for helping to set goals for performance and growth, creating and implementing business strategies for execution, and assisting with the day-to-day projects of the chief operating officer. Ellie comes to the team with more than 20 years of experience in the assisted and senior living industry. Before joining Provincial Senior Living, she occupied many key roles at Brookdale Senior Living, including operations support analyst, orientation programs and administrative assistant. In her free time, Ellie and her husband love to explore the outdoors, go camping and kayaking, and visit the beach.
Vince Limburg
Sr. Vice President,Support Services
Vince Limburg's role as Senior Vice President of Support Services is to lead efforts to support, consult and mentor VPs and Division Directors across various operational services. His responsibilities include enhancing profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the organization, directing activities aligned with established goals and objectives, and driving process improvement initiatives for continuous enhancement.
With nearly three decades of dedicated service in the senior living industry, Vince has earned a reputation as a determined leader, renowned for his strategic insight and operational prowess. He embodies a steadfast commitment to excellence, integrity, and compassion in all endeavors. With a solid foundation in financial management and a passion for innovation, he remains dedicated to driving transformative change and raising the standard for senior living communities nationwide.
Vince has been married for 34 years and finds profound joy in his family life, cherishing the deep connections with his wife, their two grown daughters and granddaughter. Their home is further enriched by their beloved four-legged companion, Murphy.

As Vice President of Operations, Amber brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Her dedication to optimizing operational processes, implementing innovative strategies, and fostering collaboration across teams has been instrumental in achieving significant business growth and success.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Amber is passionate about spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations through travel, and nurturing her small hobby farm. Amber is also an Ambassador for LifeBanc where her efforts extend beyond fundraising; to include advocating for policies that facilitate and enhance healthcare accessibility.
Rob Allen
Regional Vice President, OperationsRob Allen has been an operations leader for Integral Senior Living, Kisco, Emeritus and Oakmont Senior Living. Rob has over 20 years of operating and sales experience that cover a variety of industries. He holds a B.S. degree in business administration/marketing with a minor in economics and has his California RCFE certification.
A former NCAA Division 1 athlete, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, which includes triplets, and mentoring student athletes.
Ben Shepherd
Regional Vice President of SalesBen Shepherd is the Regional Vice President of Sales with a distinguished career in sales management and leadership. He graduated from the University of Akron, where he honed his foundational skills in business and strategy. With extensive experience in regional sales management, Ben is known for his exceptional ability to lead and coach sales teams to exceed their targets and achieve outstanding results.
Ben's leadership philosophy centers around empowering his team through continuous coaching and development, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have consistently driven growth and enhanced performance across the regions he oversees.
Lynette Hubbard
Regional Vice President of SalesLynette Hubbard is Regional Vice President of Sales. Lynette is an experienced operations and sales professional. Her career path changed from early childhood development to senior living 26 years ago. Since that time, she has served seniors and their families in a variety of roles including operational and sales leadership, and Redevelopment Operations Liaison. Lynette has held Administrator licenses throughout the west including Washington, Oregon, Arizona, California and Nevada. Lynette is the recipient of the Advocate of the Year Award from the California Assisted Living Association and served as a board member of the Nevada Assisted Living Association. Most recently, Lynette has focused on coaching and development of sales leaders and sales teams.
Always a servant leader at heart, she fosters development and growth in those she leads. Lynette expects excellence in herself and her teams. She supports growth and excellence through honest feedback, coaching, enriched understanding, and development.
Lynette enjoys travelling with her husband of 37 years, family time with her 4 children and 5 grandchildren (and 2 dogs), and volunteers with Judah Recovery serving the homeless in Las Vegas.
Laurel O'Dell
Regional Director of Sales & MarketingLaurel O’Dell brings over 20 years of experience to her role as Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. Her success managing multiple properties and lease-ups of new development luxury apartments led her to the rewarding career path of serving seniors. Before her current role, Laurel was an award-winning, traveling director of sales, senior living adviser and memory care director. Her diverse background allows Laurel to educate and uplift from every viewpoint and develop creative and fulfilling solutions for seniors to live their best lives.
Following in the footsteps of her centennial grandmother, Laurel passionately encourages her five children to live life to their fullest by giving more than they receive. This motto is also exemplified by her husband, as they enjoy entertaining and volunteering together.
Katrina Lanigan
Regional Director of OperationsBorn in Cebu City, Philippines and moved to the United States at age 4, she developed an early passion for hospitality. Growing up in a culturally rich environment, she was drawn to the idea of creating memorable experiences for others. Over the course of a decade, Katrina Lanigan's career trajectory soared as she garnered invaluable experience managing hotels across various locations. After a decade of distinguished service in the hospitality industry, Katrina Lanigan embarked on a remarkable journey of professional reinvention, transitioning her expertise from managing hotels to leading in the senior living sector. This pivotal career switch was not merely a change of scenery but a profound shift towards a deeply meaningful and personally rewarding path. As Katrina transitioned into her new role as a senior living executive, she brought with her a unique blend of compassion, innovation, and strategic vision. Guided by her unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors, she spearheaded initiatives to elevate the standard of care and redefine the senior living experience. At the core of Katrina's leadership philosophy were vision and values. For sixteen years, Katrina Lanigan called the picturesque state of Minnesota home. Katrina recently made the bold decision to relocate to the sunny shores of Tampa, Florida, seeking a vibrant new chapter filled with adventure, discovery, and endless possibilities for her and her four-year-old son. For Katrina, spending time with her beloved son Caleb is the highlight of each day. From the moment they wake up to the last bedtime story, their bond is woven with laughter, love, and endless adventures. Katrina Lanigan's household is a bustling haven of wagging tails, playful barks, and purring companions. At the helm of this furry crew are Tank, the noble German Shepherd, Baxter, the spirited Yorkie Poo, and reigning supreme over all, Chance the Cat. Together, they form an inseparable pack, bringing boundless joy, love, and laughter to Katrina and her son Caleb's lives.

Holding an MBA in Healthcare Management, Christina combines her extensive industry knowledge with advanced business acumen. She has led numerous successful initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of life for seniors, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of care and compassion.
Christina's leadership style is characterized by her ability to inspire and motivate her teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Her dedication to operational excellence and her unwavering commitment to residents' well-being make her an invaluable asset to our company and a respected figure in the senior living community.

Maximizing efficiency and optimizing processes as a former Operations Specialist. Currently elevating operations to new heights as an RDO for the Northeast division. Leading with passion and precision towards new excellence.
Dedicated to cherishing moments with loved ones as a father of 3, loves exploring new destinations and savoring the joys of dining out with wife of more than 20 years. Proudly entered the realm of grandparenthood in 2023 and a cat dad to feline friend Bennie.
Nicole Southey
Regional Director of OperationsNicole started her journey in senior living at the age of 19 as a Caregiver and Med-Tech, eventually growing into different roles during her 18-year tenure at a large senior living company, including Resident Care Coordinator, Business Office Director, and Executive Director, and is a licensed and certified Assisted Living Manager.
Most recently, Nicole has been managing a luxury Independent, Assisted and Memory Care community in Scottsdale, Arizona. Over her 20 years in senior living, she has had the honor of serving some of the most amazing residents and staff and she takes great pride in developing strong teams. Nicole has a passion for mentoring others and growing talent from within.
She is an Arizona native and has 2 young daughters ages 3 and 9. Much of her free time is spent with family traveling, camping, and enjoying family! Nicole brings all the qualities of a Servant Leader to our organization.
Patrick Becker
Divisional Director of CulinaryPatrick A. Becker emerges as a distinguished culinary professional, boasting an illustrious career spanning over 35 years. Revered for his adept management of food and beverage operations across diverse industries, Patrick's expertise is underscored by his unwavering commitment to ensuring unparalleled quality, cost control, and staff development. His passion for delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences has remained steadfast, particularly during his 15+ years of dedicated service within the independent senior living segment.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Patrick derives solace and joy from his cherished family life. He resides in Northern Illinois with his wife, Shannon, and their three beloved dogs. Patrick cherishes moments spent with his adult daughter, Isabel, who brings immense joy despite her autism.

Personally, Ian enjoys spending family time with his wife, two daughters, two canine companions, Archie and Meatball, and their cat Edna.

Before her career in senior living, Lisa owned and operated her own successful business for over 24 years. While operating her business, she worked in many restaurants and developed a love for cooking and serving the public. She also went to real estate school and pursued a degree in nursing.
This combination of experiences has led her to a rewarding career in Senior Living. Lisa loves making a difference in the lives of seniors by ensuring our residents have a safe, loving, and welcoming environment to call home.
Lisa is happily married to her high school sweetheart. They have 6 children and 8 grandchildren. Lisa is active in many community events and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, cooking and gardening.
