Steve Flynt

President

Steve Flynt is the President of Provincial Senior Living. As a 30-year veteran in senior living, Steve has an extensive background in operations leadership by supporting senior living communities across the United States, and is a licensed nursing home administrator in Arizona and Colorado. Steve places attention on building teams and creating a learning environment where the best talent can rise to be productive servant leaders. Creating a culture of care and accountability is always one of his goals.

Steve has served on the boards of directors for the Arizona Assisted Living Association, California Assisted Living Association and Leading Age Colorado. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, earning a degree in education and university studies.

Glennis Harris

Division Chief Operating Officer

Glennis Harris is a seasoned operations executive with more than three decades of experience leading large-scale operations in highly regulated, service-driven environments. She recently served as Vice President of Operations, Facilities, and Procurement for Alerislife/Five Star Senior Living, where she drove operational excellence, portfolio performance, and vendor partnerships across the enterprise. Glennis is passionate about the resident experience, team member care, and delivering results through strong cross-functional partnerships.

Holding a degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Glennis brings deep understanding of human behavior to operational leadership-aligning systems, teams, and culture to improve outcomes for residents and staff. A Six Sigma Black Belt, she is known for translating strategy into execution through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Outside of her day-to-day role, Glennis is an advocate for fighting hungry and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Her leadership has earned national recognition across multiple industries.

She is guided by a commitment to aging with dignity-where operational excellence exists in service of compassion, safety, and human connection.

Alice Reynolds

Alice Reynolds

Division Chief Operating Officer

Alice Reynolds is a distinguished executive with more than two decades of leadership experience in the senior living sector. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults through operational excellence, policy advocacy, and collaborative leadership. Ms. Reynolds serves as a board member of the Assisted Living Association and is an appointed member of the Virginia Governor’s Task Force on Senior Care.

In her role as Chair of the Public Policy Committee, she has been instrumental in advising the State Senate, the Department of Health, and the Board of Long-Term Care Administrators on key issues impacting senior living communities across the Commonwealth. She has also worked jointly with multiple states to synchronize and maximize efforts within the senior living industry, helping to align policy initiatives and share best practices on a broader scale.

Ms. Reynolds resides in Virginia with her husband and enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling in her personal time.

Spencer Wagner

Division Chief Operating Officer

Spencer Wagner has over two decades of experience in the senior living industry. He brings a strong background in both sales and operations, having held executive-level roles with companies operating across the United States, giving him a broad perspective on the industry and its evolving needs.

Spencer earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing and International Business from Utah State University, followed by an MBA from Westminster University, which have both supported him in his strategic and leadership approach.

Outside of his professional life, Spencer has a passion for travel—especially to Europe—with Hungary standing out as his favorite destination. Spencer loves to spend time with his wonderful wife and five children. In his downtime, Spencer enjoys following and participating in all types of sports—specifically football and basketball.

Kelly Smith

Vice President of Support Services

 Kelly Smith brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in senior living finance and operations to her role as Vice President of Support Services. She has held progressive executive roles overseeing financial reporting, FP&A, operational support, and cross functional performance initiatives across multisite portfolios. Known for building strong partnerships between field operations and corporate teams, Kelly focuses on creating scalable processes, improving visibility through data, and supporting community leaders in driving results. She is passionate about aligning financial strategy with operational excellence to support our communities, residents, associates, and stakeholders. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Arizona earning a degree in Finance.
